Job description:

The University of Sheffield delivers life-enhancing research, innovation and education - come and join one of the teams that makes that possible. In IT Services, we’re dedicated to providing excellent IT systems, services and infrastructure to meet the needs of our students and colleagues. Our world is dynamic and so are we. We work closely with everyone who uses IT at the University, to make sure it works for them, so they can focus on improving themselves and the world around us. So, if you want to support the next generations of students, leaders and researchers, we want you on our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Education and Student System Administration team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.

We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our team and lead our marketing automation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in transforming our marketing strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's robust capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential, as you will be instrumental in driving the execution of targeted and personalised marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you will collaborate closely with our marketing department to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is an exciting time to join a department where you can have a real impact on the experience of our students, staff and external stakeholders.

We are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University.

We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
