School of Public Health, White City Campus with occasional work at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Campus.

About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised PPIE facilitator to support the PPIE Lead in coordinating and facilitating patient and public involvement activities for the COLLABORATE trial. You will provide vital administrative and logistical support, helping to ensure meaningful engagement with parents and former patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

What you would be doing:

As a PPIE Facilitator, you will work closely with the PPIE Lead to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of patient and public involvement activities. You will assist with the logistics of meetings, workshops, and focus groups. Your role will involve managing communication with public contributors, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the collection and analysis of feedback to inform the study. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that the voices of patients and the public are effectively integrated into the trial.

  • Experience working with parents and/or former patients in healthcare or research settings is an advantage, but not essential.

Further Information

This is a part-time position (20%) fixed for 5 years. The expected start date is June, 2025. You will be part of the Neonatal Medicine Research Group and will work closely with the Patient Engagement Resource Centre at Imperial.
