Are you interested in joining a new, friendly and supportive team dedicated to understanding the impact of initiatives aimed at attracting young people from underrepresented backgrounds into Higher Education, and specifically to Oxford Brookes University?
We are looking to recruit a Monitoring and Tracking Coordinator to oversee the monitoring and tracking of outreach data and the dissemination of the outcomes of University initiatives that support access to and success at Oxford Brookes. The post holder will lead on the development and implementation of data management processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation, managing use of the HEAT database, and undertaking data cleaning, manipulation and accuracy checking. There is scope within this role to undertake simple data analysis to support our understanding of impact, and the successful candidate will also support the dissemination of research and evaluation findings through a variety of media, including contributing to written and oral reports.
The post-holder will provide a pivotal role in supporting and developing colleagues’ data management skills and implementing monitoring and evaluation processes for activities with schools and other events. This is a varied and dynamic position with scope for the post holder to take ownership of the role and to directly support our understanding of impact relating to Oxford Brookes Access, Success and Progression initiatives. The post holder will require strong workload and time management skills; they will also need good communication skills to enable effective coordination of evaluation activities across the University, and to help establish this new team in supporting our ambition to raise Oxford Brookes’ evaluation and insight capabilities to the next level.
