The opportunity
We are pleased to offer an opportunity for the role of College Office Administrator at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
This role will play an integral part within the Executive Office Support team by supporting the Executive team with a high level of administrative support.
We are looking for someone that will be able to support senior colleagues in a number of different ways including, (but not limited to); extensive diary support, providing clerical support to committees and meetings, (including preparing papers and agenda, invitations, minuting meetings, archiving documents, and following up on pending actions), processing expenses, arranging appropriate hospitality, (including arranging travel, accommodation, and catering) and providing administrative support for local cross-College events, (such as all-staff meetings, away days and showcase activities).
