As a Systems Engineer, you will provide best practice technical expertise in operational support, systems maintenance and project-based development of a range of IT systems, working closely with customers/end-users and other IT teams.

You should be good at troubleshooting and problem solving, as this role involves dealing with issues reported by customers & monitoring tools (Nagios, Azure Monitoring, etc.).
We expect our Engineers to spend a lot of time learning about new technologies, tools, methods and experiment with proof-of-concepts and then introduce them in the live environments. You will have plenty of opportunities to update your skills and knowledge using online (Microsoft Learn, Pluralsight, Udemy, Webinars) and offline options (classroom-based training, events, knowledge sharing between team members, etc.).
